El Paso Zoo staff plan to press charges against a young woman who trespassed into the spider monkey exhibit over the weekend. Staff found out about the woman through social media, with a video showing a woman underneath a waterfall in the enclosure attempting to feed something to two of the monkeys. This is the second time in recent months that a person has used poor judgement by trying to get over an exhibit barrier. Police identified the woman as year-old Luz Elizabeth Rae.
